Frequently asked questions

Does PhotoCuraitor upload my photos?

No. Everything runs on your iPhone. Photos never leave your device.

How does the AI scoring work?

PhotoCuraitor uses on-device machine learning to evaluate sharpness, composition, exposure, and similarity. No internet connection is needed.

Will deleting photos in PhotoCuraitor remove them permanently?

Photos you remove are sent to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album, where iOS keeps them for 30 days before final deletion. You can restore them from the Photos app during that window.

Why does the app need access to my Photo Library?

So it can read your photos, score and group them, and let you delete the ones you no longer want. Without access, the app has nothing to work on.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and select your PhotoCuraitor purchase to request one.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Open PhotoCuraitor, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy the app.
